Reorder files, and change the import calls to match new order.
I decided to adopt a plural syntax for folders and singular for file given that a folder only exists because multiple prebas are proposed under it.
The begginner scene isn't working this way, but wasn't really up to date with the deformable design. This is to be fixed in a future PR.
